Terms and Conditions and Privacy and EULA

So obviously the vast majority of the documents describe the entire lack of any rights you have over anything; and their right to do anything they want with anything they want; you agree to allow this to all happen ... and my favorite line - that seems like it should be illegal ... in almost all of these documents.

Something along the lines of These terms (the legal document) are subject to change at any time. ... so yah; lemme just click agree real quick on this document ... which apparently could say any given thing at any given time ... for all I know you keep different versions, to quickly throw up when you do something, once done... swap the other one back in.

I'm sure some companies take advantage of it; and some take it very seriously to not so brazenly insult their users.

I have no idea how much the laws might have shifted or moved on how much anything said in any of these documents actually matter at all... who can change a policy, how often, who has to be notified, etc... not that anyone reads them, other than to confirm they are still filled with outrageously intrusive maneuvers.

Much less you implicitly agree to all of these various legal documents as they apply to the sharing of your data - one company may treat your data one way - then share it with someone that has an entire different set of laws they operate under... and you have implicitly agreed to a cascade of legal documents.

These are the things for the lawyers; I just post them and update them when told ... if I even have to manage stupid static content like that.
